Known Issues
We are aware of the following current issues on this website. Please check back for updates.
- Downloading files: We have noted a problem that some users of Mac OS are experiencing when downloading files. The downloaded file (Attachment.zip)is not opened/extracted, but instead a new file Attachment.zip.cpgz is created. This issue is due to a problem with the Mac OS and solutions on the Apple discussion forums (e.g. https://discussions.apple.com) suggest the fix is to install latest versions of 3rd party unzip apps such as BetterZip, Springy or Stuffit.
- File Types: if you need a file type adding to our list of allowed file upload types, just let us know.
